Refund policy

About returned goods, defective products, cancellations:

・ Basically, we do not respond to refunds and returns unless the product is defective.
・ Please contact us within 7 days after arrival when replacing or returning products.
・ Returns and exchanges due to mistakes in our shop will be borne by our shop.
・ We will refuse returns such as different colors of color images.
・ The color may be slightly different from the actual product depending on the monitor you see, but please purchase after understanding.
・ Returns and exchanges of the product will be only new products. (State when the product arrives)
・ In addition, please be sure to contact us before returned or exchanged.
